Optimal wellness requires balance – please consult your doctor if you present physical symptoms and seek appropriate professional services if you require legal, medical, or psychiatric advice.
By booking a session, you agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless llka Pinheiro, TheIlkaPinheiro, Incorporated, T.I.P and their respective directors, officers, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents from all claims, demands, personal injuries, costs, or expense (including attorney’s fees) arising from or relating in any way to your participation in Sessions.
Offerings
All Classic T.I.P sessions are available to everyone aged 18+ unless specified otherwise (e.g., a service customized for a particular group). Choose your preferred session length and complete the appropriate intake form(s). Your animals are welcome to participate in our work and sharing their pictures (uploadable via the intake form) is encouraged; for sessions devoted to communicating with your animal, please click here.
Note: the work starts the moment you book your session so please practice mindful selection and complete your intake forms as you would for any other type of therapeutic practitioner (this supports your process by focusing your energy and the efficacy of your treatment). By working with T.I.P, you agree to honor my emotional, intellectual, and physical labor and our voluntary connection by respecting professional practices and parameters. To protect your privacy, refrain from sharing personal information anywhere but in the intake forms. Thanks in advance for using appropriate communication channels (website, email) and for not calling, texting, or direct messaging without permission.
Pricing
T.I.P’s rates and session offerings are designed to honor my skills, labor, and human requirements while remaining as accessible as possible; listed rates are set at the minimum amount required to maintain operational costs. By using this site, you agree to consider your financial position and compensate T.I.P accordingly regardless of the session you choose. Gratuities are welcome and appreciated.
Right of Refusal
Sometimes seers and seekers are a mismatch – it’s nothing personal – everyone isn’t for everyone. Practitioner/client cohesion is vital to successful outcomes – therefore, I reserve the right to refuse a reading, even after booking. In such (rare) cases, I issue refunds of prepaid costs. Please reach out before scheduling if you have any questions about this policy.
Termination of Practitioner/Client relationship
I reserve the right to rescind client privileges for any reason, including:
1. Violations of consent and/or boundaries within/outside of sessions
2. Any form of harm or violence (or threats thereof).
3. Violation of any of the above-listed terms.
